  • Conference Materials: Participants will receive comprehensive conference materials, including a digital program guide and access to presentation slides and videos post-conference. This ensures that valuable information can be revisited and utilized for future reference.  
  • Networking Receptions and Coffee Breaks: Opportunities for informal networking and interaction with peers and leaders are integrated into the schedule.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits/Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Points: Upon completion of specified requirements, medical professionals will be eligible to claim CME credits and MOC points. The availability of these credits is a critical value-add for healthcare professionals, directly supporting their licensing and ongoing professional development.

  • Online Registration: All registrations must be completed exclusively online through the official conference website. This streamlines the process and ensures accurate record-keeping.
  • Payment: Accepted payment methods will include major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Bank transfers may be available for large group registrations, providing flexibility for institutional payments.  
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy: A clear and transparent cancellation and refund policy will be outlined on the registration page, specifying deadlines for partial or full refunds. Typically, no refunds are issued for cancellations made after a certain date.  
  • Privacy Policy: A link to the conference’s comprehensive privacy policy will be provided, detailing how attendee data is handled, stored, and protected. This commitment to data privacy is essential for building trust with participants.
