The World Conference on Oncology and Cancer Genomics 2026 invites researchers and clinicians from around the globe to submit their latest findings and compelling clinical cases. Your contributions are vital to enriching the scientific discourse and accelerating progress in precision oncology. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the highest standards of scientific merit and relevance.

Submission Guidelines: Share Your Groundbreaking Research

Prospective presenters are encouraged to review and adhere to the following guidelines for preparing and submitting their original research. Strict adherence ensures a fair and efficient review process.

  • Abstract Structure: Abstracts should be concise, informative, and structured with the following sections:
    • Title: A clear and impactful title that summarizes the core finding and highlights the importance and innovation of the work. Avoid all uppercase or all lowercase.
    • Author Information: The presenting author must also be the submitting author. All co-authors and their affiliations should be listed. The presenting author is responsible for all communication with co-authors.
    • Introduction/Background: Briefly outline the research question, identify current knowledge gaps, and state the study’s purpose or hypothesis.
    • Methods: Provide a concise yet detailed description of the research design, setting, patient/sample selection, interventions, outcome variables, and statistical methods.
    • Results: Present key findings, including numerical data with appropriate statistical measures (e.g., standard deviations, 95% confidence limits, statistical significance). If results are not statistically significant, provide the study’s power.
    • Conclusion: State clearly what can be concluded from the study, supported directly by the presented data. Discuss implications, generalizability, and study weaknesses if space permits.
  • Formatting & Length: Abstracts are typically limited to a maximum of 250 words. Initial submissions should be text-only, without figures, tables, images, or multimedia elements to ensure a blind review process. Specific font and formatting requirements will be detailed in the submission portal.
  • Originality: Submissions must represent original work that has not been previously presented at any other major national or international conference in the specified region (e.g., Asia-Pacific for Singapore). Material on a preprint server is generally   not considered previously published.
  • Conflict of Interest: A clear statement disclosing any potential conflicts of interest is a mandatory requirement for all submissions. Oral presenters must include a conflict-of-interest slide and provide verbal and written disclosures.
  • Ethical Compliance: All human research must confirm voluntary, informed consent, ethics committee approval, and adherence to relevant ethical guidelines (e.g., Declaration of Helsinki). Animal investigations must comply with established principles for the use of animals in research.
